BrightPlanIT Return Policy:

We want you to be fully satisfied with your product.

If you would like to return your product please contact us for an RMA Number:

  • Items returned without a valid RMA number will not be processed.
  • All components, manuals, registration card(s), software, cables and /or accessories must also be included.
  • RMA request may only be made within 15 days from the date of delivery
  • All unopened merchandise will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
  • All opened merchandise will be charged a 30% restocking fee.
  • For copyright reasons we cannot except open returns of any products that includes software.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • If your items are damaged, defective or incomplete, requests for a return or a refund must be made within 2 days of the original date of receipt of shipment, otherwise your claim may be refused.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping Items back to BrightPlanIT:

  • Once you have your RMA number, repackage the item in its original condition. 
  • Include a printout of your order.
  • Write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping package.
  • Do not write on the product packaging.
  • Item must be appropriately packaged for shipment.
  • Ship the product using your preferred shipping method.
  • Save your tracking number to make sure we receive it.
  • Once received by BrightPlanIT we will accept full responsibility for all merchandise.
  • We are not responsible for loss or theft before we receive the merchandise.
  • You may want to insure your shipment to cover replacement costs in case your package is lost in transit.

Manufacturers warranties will be processed with the manufacturer.
