We want you to be fully satisfied with your product.

If you would like to return your product please contact us for an RMA Number:
- Items returned without a valid RMA number will not be processed.
- All components, manuals, registration card(s), software, cables and /or accessories must also be included.
- RMA request may only be made within 15 days from the date of delivery
- All unopened merchandise will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
- All opened merchandise will be charged a 30% restocking fee.
- For copyright reasons we cannot except open returns of any products that includes software.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- If your items are damaged, defective or incomplete, requests for a return or a refund must be made within 2 days of the original date of receipt of shipment, otherwise your claim may be refused.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping Items back to BrightPlanIT:
- Once you have your RMA number, repackage the item in its original condition.
- Include a printout of your order.
- Write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping package.
- Do not write on the product packaging.
- Item must be appropriately packaged for shipment.
- Ship the product using your preferred shipping method.
- Save your tracking number to make sure we receive it.
- Once received by BrightPlanIT we will accept full responsibility for all merchandise.
- We are not responsible for loss or theft before we receive the merchandise.
- You may want to insure your shipment to cover replacement costs in case your package is lost in transit.
Manufacturers warranties will be processed with the manufacturer.
